Does it work with every vacuum storage bag?
The pump is designed for compatible vacuum storage bags with a suitable air-release valve. Valve size and design can vary, so please check your storage bag before ordering.
Are vacuum storage bags included?
No. This package includes the electric vacuum pump only, unless vacuum bags are specifically mentioned in the selected offer.
Is the electric pump rechargeable?
No. This is a wired electric pump. It operates through a direct power connection, so you do not need to charge a battery before using it.
How do I use the electric vacuum pump?
Place dry clothes, blankets or bedding inside a compatible vacuum bag, close the zipper completely, position the pump firmly over the valve and switch it on.
Stop the pump when enough air has been removed. Do not leave the pump operating unattended.
Can I use it for balloons or inflatable products?
This product is designed to remove air from compatible vacuum storage bags. It is not recommended for inflating balloons, air mattresses or other inflatable products.
Can it compress hard items?
No. It is suitable for soft items such as clothes, blankets, quilts, pillows, jackets and bedding placed inside compatible vacuum storage bags.
Do not use vacuum compression for sharp, fragile or hard objects that may damage the storage bag.
Will I need a plug adapter?
The product uses an EU-style plug. Some wall sockets may require a compatible plug adapter. Please check your socket type before using the pump.
What should I do if the product arrives damaged?
Please record an unboxing video before opening the parcel. If the product arrives damaged, incomplete or faulty, contact our support team as soon as possible with the order number, unboxing video and clear photos.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available in supported delivery areas. You can place your order online and pay when the parcel is delivered, according to the courier's delivery policy.
What is the 14-day return policy?
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging.
- All included accessories, packaging materials and instruction slips must be returned with the product.
- Products showing signs of burning, overheating, electrical damage, misuse, water damage or incorrect power usage are not eligible for return.
- Products damaged because of incompatible voltage, plugs, adapters or wall sockets are not eligible for return.
- Delivery charges may be non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.

How can I use the pump safely?
Use the pump on a dry, stable surface. Keep it away from water, children and heat. Do not cover the air vents, pull the cable, operate it with wet hands or leave it running unattended.
Stop using the product immediately if you notice unusual heat, smell, sparks, smoke or cable damage.
